Cytely is a cloud-native platform for data-driven microscopy. It treats microscopy images like flow cytometry data, linking quantitative metrics (scatter plots, gates) directly to visual evidence, so you can explore whole populations without losing single-cell context.

Core areas
The Get started tour walks through the three tabs you'll spend all your time in:
- Images - uploading files, organizing groups, and reviewing per-field detections.
- Workflow builder - the node-based pipeline: let Cytely build it for you or build it yourself, and inspect each step's live preview.
- Data explorer - plots, gates, cropped images, the overview map, and how to export or share your results.
