Exporting & sharing
Take your results out of Cytely - as CSV, as a reusable layout, or as an interactive link.
Export CSV
Use Export → Export CSV at the top-right of the plots panel. When the download progress bar completes, click the download icon to save the file. The CSV contains every parameter for every detected object; if you've applied gates, the last gate that contained each row appears in the Gate presence column.
Export plots and gates
Use Export → Export Plots and gates to download your current Data-explorer layout as a file.
Save and re-apply plots and gates
The plot toolbar has two star icons. The star with a plus saves the current plots and gates, and the star re-applies a saved set to the current dataset.
Share a link
Click Share at the top-right of the plots panel to copy a link to your clipboard. Anyone with the link - Cytely account or not - can open the same plots and gates and interact with them. Changes a recipient makes to the shared view are not saved back to your dataset, and the link does not give access to other experiments in your account.
